This charming 550-square-foot apartment [50 square meters] is located in the very heart of Paris, in the Montorgueil quarter, in an 18th century old building. The owners worked with Element-s agency to renovate the flat and open up the space to light. Element-s also developed multiple storage and shelving options for the owners - which usually is what small apartment lack of. In addition, the brilliant work on color palettes, from pale greens to parma lilacs to deeper earthy tones give this small flat a grandiose effect. Très French chic...
