Oh, j'aime this kitchen. Beaucoup. I love the imperfect aspect of this kitchen, like it did not just came out of a box : the dark velvet impromptu cabinet "doors" that stand against the professional looking stainless steel counter tops, the Jielde sconces and gunmetal colored concrete floors. This is the perfect summer cooking kitchen to me. What do you think?

Added note : I just realized that this amazing kitchen was posted on the blog last year - and did get updated since my last post by these velvet cabinet covers, check it out here! Xo, Si-

  2. The kitchen reminds me of the time shortly after my graduation.
My first kitchen looked very similar to that ;-)
Only the floor was made of wood. But this one is more cool.

  3. How cool that you got to show the same kitchen twice... Clever! It looks more "dressed up" with the navy velvet fabric, doesn't it?

  7. I have always loved kitchen with no upper cabinets. And the countertops are fabulous! But I would really like to know where you found the symbol in the upper left corner. Could you send it to me? Thanks so much.
